We pride ourselves on the relationships that our engineers build with our customers. We have a low client-to-engineer ratio, and each client site has a dedicated engineer, who has overall responsibility for the technical services provided.

What's more, our engineers are targeted to make proactive visits to clients, heading off potential issues before they arise. And the staging facilities we have mean that we can replicate your system, so we can perform diagnostic work away from your live environment.

Our field engineers are supported by a number of technical specialists based around the country, who act as a point of escalation for technical issues within GHM.
