GHM Communications was founded in 2005 and employs a team of specialist engineers, consultants and support staff at our head offices in Oxfordshire.

Our very own three tiered Account Management support structure means you receive the best service possible beyond the installation of your telephone system:
• Your own Customer Relationship Executive gives you the opportunity to feedback with regard to the sales process, installation, project management and ongoing support.
• Account Manager: Your allocated Account Manager has overall responsibility for your account. They keep you up to date with product developments, training and how to make the most of your investment. They will also hold regular account review meetings with you that allow discussions on future projects as well as any current or ongoing issues.
• The third level is that of the Managing Director, who has overall responsibility to insure that all clients are happy with the levels of service given by all at GHM Communications.
