Role: Field Engineering & Office based Support

Benefits: Basic Salary £25,000 – £30,000 basic (neg depending on experience) + O/time + mileage at 45ppm
GHM Communications Limited is an Oxfordshire based company, £multi-million and well established Voice, VOIP and IT & Data convergence solutions Company. The Company is well established and growing. They also pride themselves on long term customer support and customer retention. They install, maintain and support Telecoms, PABX, CTI, VOIP and IT/Data Networking LAN/WAN mainly for SME Businesses.
We are now seeking an IT Support / Network Engineer to join the team to complement the strong telephony skills the company’s existing engineers have. The role is split between office based and field based. The successful candidate will be flexible and be able to work both independently and in a small team. You will have a good work ethic, be self-motivated and have excellent communication and customer service skills. As well as a strong IT background if you have any Telephony knowledge this will be a plus or alternatively the client is willing to cross train a strong IT Engineer on Telecoms, so ultimately you will be skilled and work with both technologies.
The more technical knowledge in the following areas the better:
*LAN / WAN
*Provide the highest quality and professional IT & Telephony Support remotely and on-site
*Work in line to work schedule and customer expectations at all times
*Assess site and project to ensure all information is correct
*Complete paperwork accurately
*Providing a courteous and professional service at all times
*To support other areas of the business where necessary
*To carry out duties in accordance with the company’s policies
